Getting Started
How long does it take to see results?
Paid advertising typically generates first leads within 7-14 days of launch. SEO takes 3-6 months to build real momentum. CRM and automation improvements show up immediately. clients typically see contact rates double within the first week of our follow-up systems going live.
What's the minimum we need to get started?
We recommend a minimum ad spend of $2,000/month alongside our management fee to see meaningful results. Less than that and the data volume is too low to optimize efficiently. On the SEO and automation side, there's no minimum spend beyond our fee.
Do you require long-term contracts?
We ask for a 90-day initial commitment. That's enough time to build the system properly, launch, and start seeing real results. After that, it's month-to-month with 30 days notice. We don't believe in locking clients into long contracts. we believe in earning your business every month.
What industries do you work with?
We work exclusively in home services: HVAC, water filtration, plumbing, roofing, landscaping, electrical, solar, pest control, flooring, painting, pool services, cleaning services, tree services, and more. Our entire methodology is built around how home service buyers think and behave.
How We Work
Do I get access to the ad accounts and CRM you set up?
Always. Every account, dashboard, and automation we build is in your name and fully owned by you. If you ever stop working with us, you keep everything. We don't hold client assets hostage. it's your business.
Will I be working with an account manager or the actual team?
Direct team access only. No account managers, no layers of communication. You're in a shared Slack channel with the people actually running your campaigns and building your systems. Questions get answered fast, decisions get made fast.
How often do you report on performance?
You have a live dashboard you can check any time. Beyond that, we do weekly check-ins at the Scale tier and above, plus a structured monthly performance review for every client. We proactively flag issues. we don't wait for you to ask.
What does onboarding look like?
Week 1: Deep audit of your current setup, ICP definition, CRM architecture planning. Week 2-3: CRM build, tracking setup, landing page development. Week 3-4: Campaign structure built, creative developed, everything tested. Week 4-5: Campaigns go live. The whole onboarding process typically takes 3-5 weeks.
Pricing & Billing
Is ad spend included in your pricing?
No. ad spend goes directly to the platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) and is separate from our management fee. You own those relationships and pay them directly. We never touch your ad spend budget. This is important: it means you always know exactly how your money is being split between management and media.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes. Growth tier: $1,500 onboarding. Scale tier: $3,000 onboarding. Enterprise: custom. This covers CRM setup, tracking infrastructure, landing page builds, and campaign architecture. work that happens before the first lead ever comes in.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't offer refunds on management fees. time spent building your system is time we can't recover. What we do offer is a performance guarantee: if we aren't generating leads for you within 60 days of campaign launch, we'll extend our service at no charge until we do.
Can I pause or cancel?
After the 90-day initial commitment, yes. 30 days written notice. We'll give you a clean handoff with all assets, documentation, and a transition briefing so nothing falls apart when you leave.
Results & Expectations
Can you guarantee results?
We guarantee leads or we extend at no charge. We can't guarantee revenue because we can't control your sales team's ability to close. but we can guarantee a volume of qualified, exclusive leads within 60 days. Most clients see 2-4× their current lead volume within 90 days.
What's a realistic ROI to expect?
Across our current client base, average ROI on total investment (management fee + ad spend) is 3.8×. Water filtration clients tend to see 5-6×, HVAC 3-4×, roofing 3-5×. These are averages. actual results depend heavily on your close rate, average job value, and market competition.
What if my market is highly competitive?
Competitive markets require smarter strategy, not bigger budgets. We've operated successfully in extremely competitive markets (Southern California HVAC, Florida water filtration) by focusing on offer differentiation, follow-up speed, and review building. not just outbidding competitors.
